If you’ve ever been to Pebble Hill Plantation in Thomasville, you know just how gorgeous every bit of the property is. Good luck trying to limit yourself to one specific area for photos. There’s just too many beautiful places to choose from!
I’ve gotten to know Jackie and Mark a little better over the past year or so. Jackie and I have become pretty good friends even to the point where we pour into each other’s businesses. We like to bounce ideas off of each other and we’ve decided our friendship is based on brutal honesty. Even though, I don’t think Jackie could ever be very brutal.

Mark and Jackie have been married for a few years already but we wanted to do a couple’s shoot together and she excitedly let me know she still had her wedding dress. I love taking photos of brides so just as excited, I told her to bring it!

We rode out to PHP and got started. We had a great time even though it was so hot we almost melted and it rained for about a minute. We managed to actually stay pretty dry so that was a plus. Although, I did ask if they were willing to play in the rain. I’m always up for spontaneous puddle splashing.  Notice the pretty rainbow left behind.

Once we finished up these amazing photos, we were starving. Instead of going home to change and then going out to dinner, they just stayed in what they were wearing and we went to Whataburger. I know what you’re thinking. Why Whataburger? Well it’s simple. Their chicken tenders are the bomb and Jackie loves the jalapeño ranch. No other explanation needed.

Mark and Jackie are my kind of people. They love each other. They don’t mind doing all the crazy things I ask them to do when we’re shooting. And they will do a photo session at Whataburger in their wedding attire.

So… who’s willing to do their next session with me at Waffle House? I love some bacon and cheese grits.
